2012 Renewal!

Here we are, it's officially in 2012, go figure...
Don't let spring sneak up on you!  Get active now so you're ready for a little warm weather fun ~ Hiking. Mud Runs. 5k's. Sprint Triathlons. Dragon Boating. Kayaking. Biking. SAP. Tennis anyone? 
Or, maybe you're ready to live a fit and active life, or to want to be comfortable in your own skin...

Get outside today and walk, rain or shine.  Clear your kitchen of unhealthy foods, get familiar with the nutritional labeling and serving sizes.  Eat dinner off a salad plate, chew your food, replace white sugar with honey or maple syrup, limit your sodium, drink water and find a way (any way) to get in 5 serving of vegetables and fruit every day.   

Just imagine a healthy active you.
